Banking on experience

When NAB looked to improve its branches, the big-four bank looked to Diadem’s experience in banking environments.

Diadem designed and delivered pilot sites ahead of a national roll-out.

A national
vision takes shape

Benchmarked against its competitors, National Australia Bank recognised it needed to modernise its branches. With its extensive experience in design and implementation for the built environment of banks, Diadem was engaged to procure new and bespoke signs for a nationwide branch refurbishment.

However, without key documentation, some direction was needed. This created a level of uncertainty and risk, particularly when it came to budget, requiring a high level of trust between Diadem and the project manager, Lendlease.

A strategy
for success

To execute the program, Diadem needed to engage and rely heavily on a new manufacturing contractor to join the project without a pre-existing relationship. Through open dialogue, Diadem created mutual trust between itself, Lendlease and the manufacturer.

Three pilot sites were delivered on time and free of defects ahead of the national roll-out.
