Benchmarked against its competitors, National Australia Bank recognised it needed to modernise its branches. With its extensive experience in design and implementation for the built environment of banks, Diadem was engaged to procure new and bespoke signs for a nationwide branch refurbishment.
However, without key documentation, some direction was needed. This created a level of uncertainty and risk, particularly when it came to budget, requiring a high level of trust between Diadem and the project manager, Lendlease.
