ISPT FITPOINT

Engaging
commuters daily

As city commutes change, commercial towers need to adapt to welcome more cyclists. We worked with ISPT to pilot a new program across its prime Sydney addresses.

Diadem was engaged to roll out this ambitious undertaking within a series of prime CBD towers. Working from strategy and concept design through to documentation, procurement and implementation management, this project demonstrates Diadem’s signature holistic approach.

A cycle of change

Leading property manager ISPT wanted to pilot sites at its premium commercial locations in Sydney and Brisbane which would support staff who choose to ride to work. This would be an opportunity for ISPT to invest in its end-of-trip facilities to attract new leaseholders by offering something exclusive to tenants.

These new spaces required a sense of place through the new FitPoint brand identity and signage.

Our integrated
model at work

Diadem’s engagement included coordination with architects Gray Puksand and Stephens Cameron, project management firm Case Meallin, lighting designers and air conditioning contractors.

The signage component was carried out from concept, design and documentation across pilot sites at premium commercial locations.

As well as implementing the EOT facilities, Diadem developed brand guidelines and a fit-out guide for ISPT to roll out future FitPoint facilities.
