When the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) embarked on a new retail brand look, the big four bank was yet to resolve the material, construction methods or industrial designs for its family of signs.
The bank turned to Diadem, as the task ahead was significant. CBA needed a partner to develop the technical specifications for branch and ATM signage across 800 branches.
Diadem’s brief was to develop a new signage kit of parts, provide sustainable cost savings, and deliver high-quality outcomes. A brand signage standards document needed to be produced, setting the standard for future brand refurbishments.
