Beyond Bank
With a strong mandate to represent the communities that they operate in, Beyond Bank was looking to connect their brand with the world around them.

The country’s largest credit union

With over 184,000 members, 598 employees and a combined $4 billion in assets under management, beyond bank have established firm roots since its establishment in 2006. Following the mergers of CPS(SA) and CPS(ACT), a new name and a major rebranding project consolidated the organisation under one brand.

Representing a greater focus on the communities in which the business operated, the launch of the new brand also incorporated the launch of the community CPS Foundation.

Change

This change is brand was important but just as integral for Community CPS to remain true to its values. A bank that would use its profits to benefit its customers and their communities, through investment, volunteering and support.

The reflection of this brand was an important indication of change and needed to be seen and understood in every location. A task that involved significant planning before rolling out.

Our role

Cost planning was a key element to Diadem’s contribution to the rebrand across all branches. We were involved in the procurement, rollout and implementation and facilitated care management of council approvals along the way.
