A multi-site rebrand rollout made up of 767 sites over 12 weeks
The Department of Human Services (DHS) required an experienced organisation with the capabilities and capacity to deliver a rebranding project on time, at a high standard, in a cost-competitive manner.
The governing body that provides social and health-related payments to Australians were busy undertaking a consolidation and refresh of their corporate identity including their consolidation of the Centrelink and Medicare brands.
As a national body, DHS held a wide-range of assets across the country providing accessible sites to make it easy for Australians to access the support they need from the government. So the rollout needs of any rebrand efforts were going to be considerable.
A 12-week deadline
DHS required an experienced organisation with the capabilities and capacity to deliver a rebranding project on time, at a high standard, in a cost-competitive manner.
One key factor in the roll-out was time. With a delivery deadline of only 12 weeks, the DHS had 767 sites including 313 Centrelink service centres, 242 Medicare service centres, 12 remote area service centres and up to 200 non-customer facing corporate sites.
With TANK Branding delivering the update alongside Red Design Group, DHS needed an implementation partner who could oversee the rollout and ensure consistency, attention to detail and cost-competitiveness.
