Continuous design improvement

Case Study | Giant Bicycles

Giant Bikes was founded in 1972 as an original equipment manufacturer supplying bike frames to known retail brands before launching Giant branded bikes in 1981. Giant’s retail transition has been built on the fundamental objective of improving the professionalism of the retailer and their product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

In the case of the Giant 2011 product launch, the temporary display featured 76 bikes across a wide range of cycling categories in a ‘bump-in-bump-out’ space that had to be reusable over a three-year period.
